We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the airport and a short TukTuk ride to the main shopping center. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was close to a large market, allowing us to explore and experience the local culture. During my Christmas stay, I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast options, from Thai to Western dishes, and the lovely pianist playing every evening in the lobby. Another advantage was the convenience of the hotel's location, with plenty of local food stalls and a night market just a short walk away. Plus, the hotel had a big pool for guests to enjoy.
The hotel could improve its room cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture and carpeting looked old and needed to be replaced.

Clean rooms and helpful staff
The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, which were comfortable to stay in. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even better. The location was also convenient as it was close to the local food stalls and markets. the hotel had a decent pool where you could relax and enjoy the sun.
The breakfast was a disappointment as the food was cold and there were no attendants to replenish the food. The facilities were outdated and the furniture and carpet needed replacement.
